Toning & Energetic

A dynamic and energising class designed to improve coordination, build endurance, and challenge the body through layered movement sequences. In Barre Boost, we progressively build longer and more intricate combinations, developing both physical strength and mental focus. This class sharpens body awareness while enhancing tone, control, and rhythm. You’ll leave feeling empowered, uplifted, and deeply connected to your body.
