On June 21st – the Summer Solstice – Alex returns to Mujō for one final evening. And this one is for everyone.

This is the last Gong Bath Alex will hold at Mujō before she leaves Portugal and she’s chosen to close this chapter with something expansive and full of light.

An invitation into Manifestation: working with the higher chakras to bring womb, heart and third eye into alignment, so that what you desire can move from feeling into form. We open with an energising pranayama to clear and activate, before the gong takes over and does what only sound can do.

Not a release. An arrival.
